I'm still obsessing about our Flensted mobiles - Happy Pills on this cold spring day!

Moving the studio - yikes...

We are planning on moving our studio this week to it's new home at the MADE shop. It will be a messy job. We work well in chaos but cleaning chaos is another story!

Circle Square..

I can't tell you how cool this Flensted mobile is. It is bold in shape and color, reminiscent of the Bauhaus School created by Walter Gropius at Weimar in 1919. If good stuff like this interests you, we have it at the MADE shop!

Yesterday was the first day of spring and this made me think of Easter, and that made me think of all the birds that would be coming back to our yard, and that made me think of this pretty wood-fired pottery bird box by Bandana Pottery!

Just found out from Shawn Ireland that his 80ft tall Tenmoku candlestick was just installed in Piazza del Campo Siena, Italy. This Large three legged horse by an American in Sienna's main Piazza in anticipation of July 2nds
Palio di Siena
has caused quite a stir among the locals.

seriously - The MADE shop has the new jewelry, where you can see this pendant of vintage plastic, tagua nut (palm nut), silver and steel which has been drilled, burned and riveted! Why shop anywhere else?

We did it! Our best ad campaign yet.

This will be a total surprise to all of you but for many many months we have been working on our most ambitious ad campaign ever - and truth be told it may be the best idea ever conceived. It would all have been impossible without the help of our team of ever loyal Sherpas and our sponsors - too numerous to mention here. Also lets not forget to thank NEPAL and its very understanding leaders that finally granted us permission to construct what you see before you. WE had to promise numerous handmade "gifts" to each and every government worker, and Sherpa involved and that may prove our only mistake!

My mobile of wooden Flensted fish are very happy as they watch the sheets of water coming down while people chase their windswept hats and struggle with their inside out umbrellas! KING PIN!

Pins like this one can only be found at the MADE shop. It comes from the creative hands of David Jones. This shield-like piece is a miniature sculpture of metals (copper, gold, silver) which have been folded, hammered, riveted and soldered. Looks like the best candy I've ever seen - yum!

Definitely deserves the title of King Pin!
